We will design a support solution that fits your needs. The following options are available:
- Application Support Hotline (Microsoft Office, others upon request)
Your employees can call our hotline whenever they run into problems that they cannot solve themselves.
Depending on the package, a monthly time cap per seat or a total cap will apply.
- On-Site Hardware Support (24 hour response time)
If one of your systems fails, a Systo engineer will respond within 24 hours and determine the cause.
A monthly time limit will apply, depending on your plan. Repairs will be performed up to the monthly time cap. Parts will be billed separately
- Network Support
Systo will install remote access to your network and provide remote management of users, domains and other
network components. A one-time setup fee will be charged for this service. There will also be a monthly time cap for this offering.
Billing will occur on a monthly basis in advance, and the monthly payment must be received in full in order to receive this service.
